1.1 kg. Fits in a pannier. The only satellite dish that rides with you.

Custom ASA mounts for BMW GS Vario, Givi Trekker, and Touratech Zega panniers. Emergency communication and 4K uploads from the TET or any mountain pass.

Motorcycle tourers face a unique problem: space and weight are everything, and you ride through the most remote terrain. The Starlink Mini is the only satellite dish small enough for a pannier — and SkyRelay is the only rental service that provides custom 3D-printed ASA mounts designed specifically for adventure motorcycle luggage.

The problem — and how we solve it

The Trans Euro Trail and mountain passes cross the most remote terrain in Europe. No cell signal for hours. If something goes wrong, you're alone.

Emergency communication from anywhere. Call for help, share GPS coordinates, or contact your riding group — even in total dead zones.

Uploading GoPro or Insta360 footage from the trail is impossible. 4G upload in nature is 1-2 Mbps at best — when it exists at all.

8-30 Mbps upload from satellite. Upload your daily riding footage each evening. Share the adventure while you're living it.

Every gram matters on a motorcycle. Carrying a satellite dish sounds insane — and most dishes are too large for pannier storage.

1.1 kg, 29.8 x 25.9 cm. Smaller and lighter than a laptop. Fits flat inside a standard pannier with room to spare.

No way to mount a dish on a motorcycle without custom fabrication. Existing mounts are designed for vans and RVs.

We provide custom 3D-printed ASA mounts designed for BMW GS Vario, Givi Trekker Outback, and Touratech Zega panniers. UV and heat resistant.

What's in your kit

Your moto touring kit includes: Starlink Mini dish, custom ASA pannier mount (specify your luggage model when booking), compact power cable, quick-start card. Optional: 20K power bank for camp stops.

I did a 5-day section of the TET through the Spanish Pyrenees. On day 2, I hit a rock and bent my rim — needed to find a mechanic in a village with zero phone signal. Pulled out the Starlink, got online in 90 seconds, found a workshop 40 km away. It might have saved my trip. The mount on my Givi Trekkers was solid the whole time.

Frequently asked questions

Which pannier systems do you support?
We currently offer custom ASA mounts for BMW Vario cases, Givi Trekker Outback, and Touratech Zega Pro/Mundo. Tell us your luggage model when booking and we'll include the right mount. Other systems available on request.
What's ASA and why not PLA or ABS?
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is UV-resistant, heat-stable up to 95°C, and weather-resistant. Unlike PLA which warps in sun or ABS which degrades outdoors, ASA handles the temperature swings and UV exposure of motorcycle touring.
Can I use it while riding?
The Starlink Mini works at speeds up to 160 km/h. With the pannier mount, it connects while you ride — useful for a pillion passenger navigating or for emergency communication. For best speeds, stop and let it find optimal satellite position.
How do I power it on the trail?
At camp: use the 20K power bank (2-3 hours of connection — enough to upload footage and plan tomorrow's route). While riding: wire it to your bike's USB-C output or use a 12V adapter from your accessory socket.
Is 1.1 kg really worth carrying?
It weighs less than a pair of riding boots. Consider what it replaces: emergency communication device, navigation backup, entertainment at camp, and the ability to upload and share your ride daily. For multi-day remote touring, it's the highest-value kilogram on the bike.
