SkyRelay is operated by Go Wombat Marketing SL, a company registered in Spain. You can contact us at hello@skyrelay.app.
2. What data we collect
SkyRelay is a pre-launch landing page. The only personal data we collect is:
- Email address — when you voluntarily join our waitlist
We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
3. Why we collect it (legal basis)
We process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies only after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. Our analytics solution (Moneat) is cookie-free and loads without consent.

Cookie-free analytics
We use Moneat (api.sentry.gowm.es) for anonymous website analytics. Moneat does not set any cookies, does not use local storage, and does not store personal data. Visitor counting relies on server-side hashing of the IP address with a daily-rotating salt, making it impossible to track individuals across sessions. Because no cookies or personal data are involved, Moneat loads without requiring consent.
Error tracking (opt-in)
We use Sentry to detect and fix website errors. Sentry collects technical data (browser type, error details) but no personal identifiers. It is loaded only with your consent.

6. Data retention
Your waitlist email is kept until one of the following:
- We launch the service and you become a customer (at which point a separate privacy policy applies)
- You request deletion
- We decide to discontinue the project

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing of your data
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (in Spain: AEPD)
