- Sicily interior — the Madonie and Nebrodi mountain ranges have sparse coverage. Areas between Enna and Caltanissetta are underserved
- Abruzzo — Gran Sasso massif and Maiella national park. Beautiful but connectivity is unreliable outside main towns
